I figured that since I work in the e-commerce space, I was well past due to try my hand at blogging. Many nights were spending wracking my brain for subjects to write about. One very night, over the grumble of my stomach, it struck me….why not write about my gluten free life in New Hampshire. Having followed the Celiac Chick’s site for many years, I know full and well how important it is to capture places to dine and shop that support a gluten free lifestyle.
So here begins my journey…I hope to provide honest and exciting information to my fellow Celiacs in New Hampshire, and to those who plan to visit our beautiful state.
